Lao Bar Association is a legal profession organization that established under Prime Ministeral Decree No. 64/PM dated 21/02/1996 in order to supervise legal profession practice of lawyers through out Lao PDR with Executive Board and Inspection Board as following:

We have solemnly and sincerely intention to develop Lao Bar Association in order to be a strong institution for supervising legal profession, being able to contribute on law enforcement, and enhancing the rule of law regime of Lao PDR.
